After I had child #3, I was overweight and knew something had to change. Though I had been fairly active in college and the years after with running half marathons, after having 3 children in 4.5 years, the inactivity on the exercise front had caught up to me. I was more tired than I should be and decided to kick it into high gear. I found an exercise I loved doing, started watching what I was eating, and the weight started coming off. 

It took time, and a lot of dedication, but I lost 40 pounds and 4 pant sizes in about 6 months time! Though there are still things I'm working on, I feel better than ever! I'm so excited to help people on their journey to better health and fitness!
