DAY 1 #HEALTHYSTYLEHOLIDAYS Challenge

Hello and welcome to the first day of the challenge! Let's get this holiday season kicked off healthy style.

**WOD 11/3**
FAT BLASTER WOD

>>> Do the entire group of exercises 3-5 times. <<<

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-Wall for wall sits
-OPTIONAL: Yoga Mat (or beach towel)
-Timer

ESTIMATED TIME: 20-35 minutes

AFTER WORKOUT:
-stretch
-drink lots of water (you should drink 8-12 cups per day)
-eat something within 30-60 minutes (ideally something with a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio with carbs and protein to replenish glycogen stores. So for every 3 or 4 grams of carbs, there's 1 gram of protein.)
