IT BURNS WOD

>>> Do the entire group of exercises 3-5 times. Take a 10-20 second break between exercises.<<<

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • 3-8 lb. dumbbells (use for walking lunges & squats)
  • OPTIONAL: Yoga Mat (or beach towel)
  • Timer

ESTIMATED TIME: 20-35 minutes

AFTER WORKOUT:

  • stretch
  • drink lots of water (you should drink 8-12 cups per day)
  • eat something within 30-60 minutes
