Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you're having a great week and enjoying the Jump Start to Healthy Holidays Challenge! I know it's helped me regroup on a few things and set some goals going into the holidays. :) I hope you enjoy today's workout!

**WOD 11/6**
PYRAMID STYLE WOD

>>> Do the entire group of exercises in pyramid format i.e. do 40 seconds of squats, 10-20 sec break, 30 seconds squats, 10-20 sec break, 20 sec squats, 10-20 second break, then do that same format for each exercise.<<<

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • 3-8 lb. dumbbells (use for squats and reverse lunge w/ hammercurl)
  • Bench or Stairs
  • OPTIONAL: Yoga Mat (or beach towel)
  • Timer

ESTIMATED TIME: 20 minutes

AFTER WORKOUT:

  • stretch
  • drink lots of water (you should drink 8-12 cups per day)
  • eat something within 30-60 minutes
